• £63,000 - £73,000 plus private healthcare, pension with up to 10% employer contributions and many more great benefits (Work Level 5)

• We're looking for Lead Product Managers to join our Product team and lead the products and services that shape the colleague computing experience across our Co-op. This includes endpoint platforms, operating systems, application delivery, virtual desktop services and specialist workplace technology and executive support, helping colleagues work effectively, securely and inclusively wherever their role takes them. You’ll set the vision, strategy and direction, leading product development from discovery through to delivery and working closely with colleagues across technology, design, delivery and the wider business to create solutions that meet customer needs and deliver value for Co-op.
• As a Lead Product Manager, you'll play a key role in helping us deliver great experiences for our customers, members and colleagues. You'll have the opportunity to influence strategic decisions, shape product direction and lead meaningful change across the business This is a role where you'll combine big-picture thinking with hands-on product leadership, working with talented people from a range of disciplines to solve complex problems and deliver measurable outcomes.
• As part of our wider product community, you'll have opportunities to apply your skills across different products and business areas as priorities evolve, building broad experience and helping us deliver the greatest value for Co-op. This may include moving between product teams over time, giving you the chance to develop new expertise while supporting changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• • Lead the development and continuous improvement of the products and services that make up the colleague computing experience, including endpoint platforms, application delivery, virtual desktop and specialist workplace services, balancing colleague experience, accessibility, service reliability, security, compliance and operational efficiency
• • Own the product lifecycle and health of the EUC portfolio, ensuring service insight, technical risk, colleague feedback, accessibility needs and operational evidence inform priorities and investment decisions
• • Define and communicate a clear vision, strategy and roadmap for the end user compute product portfolio
• • Work in partnership with hardware, service, cyber security and support teams to deliver a joined-up colleague experience, maintaining clear ownership of EUC platforms, standards, priorities and outcomes
• • Use customer insight, feedback and data to identify opportunities and prioritise product improvements
• • Manage and maintain a well-prioritised product backlog, helping teams focus on the highest-value work
• • Measure product performance and use evidence and insights to inform future decisions and investments
• • Build strong relationships across product, engineering, design and business teams to drive collaboration and alignment
• • Lead, coach and develop a team of dedicated engineers

Requirements

• • Significant product management experience, including defining product strategies and leading complex products or initiatives
• • Experience of working with a broad range of end-user computing products or services, which may include endpoint management, operating systems, application delivery, virtual desktop, or specialist technology services
• • Knowledge of enterprise technologies such as Windows, Microsoft Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop and modern application management, with an understanding of how these combine to create a secure and effective colleague experience
• • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across a range of teams and seniority levels
• • Experience leading, coaching and supporting the development of a team
• • Experience using customer insights, research and data to inform decisions and prioritise work
• • The ability to translate business goals into clear product outcomes, roadmaps and measurable objectives
• • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly to different audiences
• • An understanding of agile ways of working and experience working in cross-functional product teams
