• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a holistic and consistent approach across all customer touch points.
• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to support key brand initiatives.
• Analyze marketing efforts to identify opportunities for enhancement and innovation.
• Motivate and develop team members to achieve business goals and results.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail with experience in CRM campaign execution, proofing, and QA.
• Solid SQL and data analysis capabilities, including independent development and validation of targeting logic.
• Proactive communication and a strong sense of ownership.
• Experience with tools such as Unica, Responsys, and Google BigQuery; Figma experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through ambiguity and independently troubleshoot issues.
