Builder - Founding Lifecycle Marketing Leader at Reevo in San Francisco or Santa Clara

• We're hiring a Founding Lifecycle Marketing Leader to build lifecycle marketing at Reevo from the ground up. Today, communication with prospects and customers happens in pockets across the company. Your job is to turn it into one coordinated system that spans the entire journey: cold outbound, prospect and lead nurture, customer onboarding, and the engagement and expansion programs that grow accounts over time.
• You'll own the strategy, the tooling, the copy, and the results. Since this is a founding role, you'll be building most of it yourself at first, and we expect you to use AI heavily to get more done than a single lifecycle marketer normally could.
• Because of the close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, this role is required to be in-office in Santa Clara or San Francisco.

Responsibilities

• Lifecycle strategy across the full journey: Map how Reevo communicates from first cold touch through renewal and expansion. Decide what each stage needs, where the gaps are, and what to build first.
• Cold outbound: Own the outbound program end to end: sequencing, copy, targeting, and deliverability. You'll work closely with Sales so that what reps send and what marketing sends feel like they come from the same company.
• Prospect and lead nurture: Build the nurture programs that keep leads warm and move them toward pipeline, including re-engagement of leads that have gone cold. Measure them on pipeline contribution.
• Customer onboarding: Own the communication side of onboarding. Design the sequences and milestones that get new customers to value quickly, and be accountable for activation rates rather than sends and opens.
• Engagement and expansion: Use product usage and CRM data to drive the communications that deepen adoption, flag expansion opportunities, and feed upsell pipeline for Sales and CS.
• Multichannel orchestration: Coordinate all of this across email, in-app, and whatever channels earn their place, with real journey logic, segmentation, and suppression rules so people get relevant messages at a reasonable cadence. Build the reporting to show what's working at each stage, and use AI tools including Reevo itself to multiply your output.

Requirements

• You think in journeys: When you look at a funnel, you see a person moving through it, and you notice the moments where nothing happens to them. Those gaps bother you until they're fixed.
• You work AI-first: AI is already how you write, segment, analyze, and build. You keep changing your own process because last month's version is too slow.
• You test constantly: You'd rather run several small experiments a week than plan one big campaign a quarter, and you're honest about what's losing.
• You trust the data over the playbook: Open rates don't impress you if the stage conversion doesn't move. You measure lifecycle work against activation, retention, and pipeline.
• You care about the writing: Every email is a chance to sound like a company worth buying from. You have opinions about subject lines and sequence pacing, and a low tolerance for filler copy.
• You start things yourself: You don't need a brief, a budget cycle, or a team to get moving. You build the first version, prove it works, and then ask for more.
• 8+ years in lifecycle, email, or CRM marketing at high-growth AI or modern B2B SaaS companies, ideally in Sales or Revenue technology
• Experience building lifecycle programs from scratch, across outbound, nurture, onboarding, and expansion, and owning the results end to end
• Deep hands-on skill with journey orchestration: segmentation, triggers, suppression logic, and deliverability across email and in-app channels
• Fluency with modern lifecycle and marketing automation tools, and experience wiring product usage and CRM data into communication triggers
• A genuinely AI-native way of working, with real examples of workflows you've built to compress copywriting, segmentation, and analysis
• Strong analytical skills: you can pull your own numbers, run cohort analysis, and tell a clear story about stage conversion
• A track record of running structured testing programs across sequences, timing, and messaging, with learnings you can point to
• High agency, low ego, and a bias for action. You thrive in ambiguous environments and push work forward without waiting for perfect clarity
• Comfort building and automating processes with Notion and AI tools
• Excellent writing. You draft your own sequences and onboarding emails, and they're good
