Job description
- We are seeking a temporary Graphic Product Designer for a limited 3 month duration to partner directly with leadership on a comprehensive brand identity project. This role will focus on auditing and evaluating the company’s visual, verbal, and experiential elements to provide strategic design recommendations and shape future brand positioning.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with leadership to define parameters, brand goals, and criteria
- Conduct a thorough audit of current visual assets (logo systems, typography, color palettes, digital/print)
- Assess experiential elements (customer touchpoints, brand interactions)
- Present results and proposed frameworks to leadership
Requirements
- Autonomy & Speed: Ability to onboard quickly without heavy hand-holding and manage a strict project timeline within the 3-month window
- Verbal & Copy Awareness: Grasp of brand voice and messaging consistency to effectively evaluate the verbal component of the brand identity study
- Design Strategy: Capacity to back design choices with strategic reasoning rather than purely aesthetic preference
- Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
- Must have the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
