Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries regarding vacation options and travel details
- Assist with booking support for flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages
- Provide clear communication before, during, and after travel
- Review reservations for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain organized client records and documentation
- Deliver high-quality customer service with professionalism and care
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
