• Working in our Investor Center, you will engage face-to-face with your clients, providing mentorship and personalized planning, while helping expand the reach of the firm's brand. Responsibilities

• Engage face-to-face with clients, providing mentorship and personalized planning
• Help expand the reach of the firm's brand

• Introduce clients to different investment strategies and bring together additional client assets

Requirements

• Proven success in building relationships, uncovering needs, and recommending solutions
• FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed and hold appropriate state registrations, OR ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire
• Ability to present complex solutions to a knowledgeable client base while building rapport and credibility
• Degree or equivalent experience and/or other professional certifications are helpful; if you do not already have a CFP or degree, our Tuition Reimbursement program can help you acquire one
• Ability to thoughtfully introduce clients to different investment strategies and bring together additional client assets while engaging in positive, client-centered discussions

• The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 per year.
• Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
• Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
