• Project Manager II
• Position Location: Wilmington, DE, 19801 or Charlotte, NC, 28210 or Pittsburgh, PA, 15222
• 100% Onsite
• Length of Assignment: 6 Months Contract Role
• Pay Rate: $55 to 60/hr. on W2 ONLY
• Function of the Group: Retail Lending Payments Product Governance
• Initiatives/Projects: develop recurring leadership reporting, strategic business reviews, and initiative-specific presentations that clearly articulate performance, customer impact, business value, risks, opportunities, and outcomes.
• Industry background: Retail lending, servicing, payments, banking operations, or customer experience background preferred.

Responsibilities

• 1. Executive Reporting & Leadership Communications,
• 2. Develop monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc executive presentations for department leadership, and senior executives,
• 3. Synthesize large volumes of operational, customer, financial, workforce, and program data into concise executive-ready stories,
• 4. Create leadership reporting that highlights key performance indicators, trends, business outcomes, achievements, risks, and strategic priorities,
• 5. Ensure messaging is aligned with organizational objectives and executive expectations,
• 6. Anticipate leadership questions and proactively incorporate supporting analysis and insights. Data Storytelling,
• 7. Transform data into clear narratives that explain not only what happened, but why it happened, the impact to customers and the business, and recommended actions,
• 8. Develop compelling visualizations, infographics, dashboards, journey maps, and executive presentations that simplify complex information,
• 9. Identify meaningful trends, patterns, and opportunities through analysis of payment, servicing, operational, and customer data,
• 10. Create initiative-specific stories that describe business challenges, solution approaches, expected benefits, realized value, and customer outcomes,
• 11. Strategic Initiative Support,
• 12. Partner with product managers and product owners to capture initiative outcomes and benefits,
• 13. Develop executive-ready presentations supporting business cases, project updates, milestone reviews, and benefit realization reporting,
• 14. Document and communicate customer experience improvements, operational efficiencies, risk reduction opportunities, and financial impacts,
• 15. Create before-and-after storytelling demonstrating measurable business value. Business Analysis & Insights,
• 16. Gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends and generate actionable insights,
• 17. Validate data accuracy and ensure consistency across reporting materials. Presentation Design Excellence,
• 18. Design highly polished PowerPoint presentations using executive communication best practices,
• 19. Establish and maintain presentation standards for structure, formatting, messaging, and visual consistency,
• 20. Convert technical, operational, and analytical content into impactful executive communications,
• 21. Balance data detail with strategic messaging appropriate for various leadership audiences.

Requirements

• 2. Solid foundation of Client products,
• 3. Some experience using Jira,
• 4. Experience in business analysis, executive communications, strategy, data storytelling, management consulting, product management, or operational reporting.
• 5. Prior Client Experience Required.
• Flex Skills/Nice to Have: Advanced Excel.
