Job description

• We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist with strong negotiation skills and a business-focused mindset to support key sourcing and procurement initiatives. This role is part of a global, execution-focused sourcing organization responsible for maintaining and optimizing the supplier base while driving critical business KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead commodity management activities and supplier negotiations.
• Develop and distribute RFQ packages, including drawings and supporting documentation.
• Analyze part demand, forecasts, and historical receipt data.

Requirements

• Strong sourcing, procurement, and supplier negotiation experience.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Proficiency with SAP, ERP systems, eSourcing tools, RFQ platforms, Client Office, and project management tools.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
• Project Management and/or Contract Management experience.
• Professional certifications in Supply Chain, Procurement, Project Management, or Contract Management.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
