Responsibilities
- • Assist late‐arriving guests with check‐ins, check‐outs, and inquiries
- • Complete nightly audit procedures and reconcile daily financial transactions
- • Monitor hotel security and ensure guest safety throughout the night
- • Perform light housekeeping or basic maintenance tasks as needed
- • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
- • Maintain a clean, organized, and secure front desk environment
Requirements
- • Customer service experience; hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
- • Strong attention to detail and comfort with numbers and reporting
- • Familiarity with hotel PMS systems (StayNTouch is a plus)
- • Ability to work independently and stay alert during overnight hours
- • Professional communication and problem‐solving skills
- • Dependable, calm, and guest‐focused mindset
