Job description

• Northline Roofing is looking for a New Construction Sales Representative / Estimator to manage and grow our new construction business.
• This is a unique opportunity because you will not be starting from scratch. This position will receive an existing book of business, established customer relationships, and active opportunities from day one.
• Your job will be to take great care of those accounts, accurately estimate projects, win new work, and continue growing the book of business.
• We're looking for someone who can combine relationship sales with accurate estimating and take ownership of growing an established part of our business.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing book of new construction accounts
• Build relationships with builders, general contractors, and developers
• Review plans, specifications, and scopes of work
• Complete roofing takeoffs and estimates
• Prepare and submit proposals and bids
• Follow up on outstanding bids and opportunities
• Develop new accounts and business opportunities
• Maintain accurate pricing and margin standards
• Coordinate awarded projects with our operations team
• Maintain an organized sales and estimating pipeline

Requirements

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with numbers, measurements, and pricing
• Sales-minded and motivated to grow business
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Construction, estimating, home services, or B2B sales experience preferred
• Blueprint reading or estimating experience is a plus
• Roofing experience is not required
• Experienced
