We are currently expanding our team and seeking a Community Marketing & Partnerships Coordinator who is passionate about building local relationships, creating community connections, and generating awareness and leads for our studio.

• The Community Marketing & Partnerships Coordinator will be responsible for leading and managing grassroots marketing efforts for Pure Barre Wyckoff. This role will focus on developing relationships with local businesses and community organizations, creating partnership opportunities, coordinating outreach initiatives, and increasing awareness of the studio within the surrounding community.

Responsibilities

• Grassroots Marketing: Develop and execute grassroots marketing strategies to increase awareness of Pure Barre Wyckoff and generate new leads.
• Community Partnerships: Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with local businesses, wellness providers, organizations, and community groups.
• Local Outreach: Reach out to businesses and organizations to explore cross-promotional opportunities, collaborations, and partnerships.
• Networking: Research and participate in local networking events, community events, and business gatherings.
• Community Events: Help coordinate and support pop-ups, collaborative events, wellness initiatives, and other community marketing opportunities.
• Brand Awareness: Develop creative ways to increase Pure Barre Wyckoff’s visibility within the local community.
• Lead Generation: Generate new leads through outreach, networking, community partnerships, and grassroots initiatives.
• Tracking & Reporting: Track outreach efforts, partnerships, events, and leads generated.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with studio leadership to establish monthly grassroots marketing goals and provide updates on progress, results, and new opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in grassroots marketing, community outreach, networking, sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Passion for fitness, wellness, and building community.
• Willingness to participate in local networking events, community activities, and studio promotions.
• Familiarity with Wyckoff and the surrounding communities is a plus.
