- Our client has an urgent, immediate need for a Marketing Coordinator to step in and support day-to-day marketing operations while the team is short-staffed. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role — no interview required, the client is relying on our vetting. Candidates should be able to start quickly and hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Format and build marketing emails in HubSpot
- Schedule and manage social media posts (HubSpot or Sprout Social preferred)
- Create and edit visual content using Canva
- Support general marketing team needs during a busy, understaffed period
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot for email formatting
- Experience scheduling social media content, ideally in HubSpot or Sprout Social
- Proficiency in Canva
- Ability to start immediately and work independently with minimal onboarding
