- Job Summary We are hiring a Senior Specialist with strong expertise in SQL, Python, and data engineering to build and manage scalable data pipelines supporting b2b marketing, promotional, and operational reporting. The role focuses on backend data integration and modeling, with support for insight delivery via Tableau dashboards. You will work directly with clients and internal teams to deliver reliable, high-impact data solutions.
Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities Write efficient SQL queries and Python scripts for data transformation, modeling, and automation.
- Design, build, and manage scalable and high-performance data pipelines for analytics and reporting.
- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards (Desktop, Server, and Prep) aligned to marketing, promotional, and operational KPIs.
- Participate in client meetings to gather requirements, present findings, and translate business needs into analytical solutions.
- Convert complex data and reporting requirements into clear tasks, reusable components, and optimized models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data, marketing, operations) to ensure timely and accurate analytics delivery.
- Maintain and enhance standardized scripts, templates, and documentation to drive reporting consistency and efficiency.
Requirements
- Required Skills & Qualifications 4–6 years of hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and Tableau in data analytics or BI roles.
- 2–3 years of client-facing experience in analytics, consulting, or reporting delivery.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end project ownership, from data engineering to insight delivery.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, marketing metrics, and campaign attribution logic.
- Experience in campaign performance tracking, promotional analysis, and operational reporting.
