• We're looking for...
• A detail-oriented and analytical Finance Operations Analyst to be a key player on our finance team. This isn’t a single-lane analyst role. You will see the whole finance and operations function from billing, closing, forecasting, vendor & budget management, and other various business operations. You will work directly with the leadership and our Korea office. If you have a passion for numbers, a desire to learn, and a proven ability to manage multiple financial tasks with precision, this is the role for you. You will be responsible for supporting the core financial functions of a dynamic and fast-growing global tech company.
• This is a fully US-remote role, and candidates must be located within the continental United States.

Responsibilities

• As a Finance Operations Analyst, you will report to the Senior Finance Manager and will:
• Financial Insight and Planning: Build and maintain financial, sales, and pipeline dashboards, ensure CRM data is current and accurate, analyze spending against budget, and help drive the annual budget and forecast.
• Cloud Billing & Revenue Operations: Own the monthly billing cycle for our AWS, GCP, and Azure business. Reconcile cloud vendor charges against customer billing and resolve discrepancies, credits, and customer or vendor inquiries.
• Accounts Payable, Receivable & Payments: Manage day-to-day AP/AR processes, including vendor invoices, payment requests and remittances, customer invoicing, collections, and payment application issues.
• Monthly Close & Reporting: Support the month-end and year-end closing of the books by preparing journal entries, reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements.
• Budgeting & Analysis: Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes. Track and analyze departmental spending against budget, reporting on variances to the leadership team.
• KPI & Performance Tracking: Maintain financial, sales, and pipeline dashboards, ensure CRM data is current and accurate, and provide analysis to support data-backed decisions.
• Business Operations Support: Provide cross-functional support for employee expenses, vendor onboarding, contract and subscription records, and other evolving operational needs. Identify process improvements and help implement scalable systems and controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in a finance, accounting, or operations role.
• Ability to write and speak fluently in Korean.
• A proactive, flexible, "get-things-done" mindset, with a willingness to take on responsibilities beyond a defined job scope and support evolving business needs.
• A strong desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to analyze data, automate routine tasks, and improve workflows, with sound judgment in validating outputs and handling sensitive information.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative team player with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams, functions, and cultures.
• Authorized to work in the United States. We are unable to sponsor visas for this role.
• Experience with QuickBooks and a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and effectively use new financial and operational tools.
• Work experience in the technology sector (e.g., Cloud, SaaS, IT Services).
• Basic understanding of U.S. GAAP.
• Exposure to corporate income tax, sales and use tax, and other state and local tax matters.

• Compensation: Base salary of $80,000 - $95,000, depending on experience, plus eligibility for a discretionary semi-annual bonus.
