Job description
- Application
Responsibilities
- Run growth for a technical B2B product, owning pipeline and SQL numbers.
- Map and instrument the funnel, identify leaks, and run structured experiments.
- Build and operate marketing automation, CRM, and outbound systems.
- Operationalize an AI-assisted, SDR-style outbound motion.
- Understand technical buyers and tailor messaging across channels.
- Own the number: pipeline, funnel conversion, MQL/SQL, CAC, payback.
- Use AI and agents to scale output while maintaining quality.
- Build demand in an early-stage environment without adding bureaucracy.
- Partner with founders and sales team, and get close to customers.
Requirements
- You've run growth for a technical B2B product — infrastructure, security, dev tools, or similar — and you've carried a pipeline or SQL number, not just contributed to campaigns (typically 4+ years running acquisition or growth programs).
- You're systems- and experiment-oriented. You map the funnel end to end, instrument it, find where leads leak, and run fast, structured experiments — and you keep the program from falling apart while you do it.
- You build what you design. You're hands-on with the stack: marketing automation, CRM, sequencers and enrichment/scoring tools, and the major paid channels (LinkedIn, Google, retargeting).
- You've run an account-based, multi-channel outbound motion — email and LinkedIn at volume, plus retargeting on the same accounts — and you're comfortable operationalizing an AI-assisted, SDR-style system
- You build a rich understanding of a technical buyer quickly, even in a space you're new to. You know where platform, IT, security, and AI buyers actually show up — LinkedIn vs. Reddit vs. X vs. in person — and you message differently for each channel and audience.
- You own the number. You're fluent in pipeline, funnel conversion, MQL/SQL, CAC and payback, and you let the data decide where the next dollar goes.
- You're agent-native — you use Claude and agents to scale your own output — with the judgment to know when AI sharpens the work and when it just produces undifferentiated noise. What you ship is differentiated and tied to business goals.
- You move fast and thrive without much structure. You've built demand in an early-stage environment and added structure without adding bureaucracy.
- You partner well with founders and a scaling sales team, and you're energized by getting close to customers.
- Familiarity with MCP, AI agents, or enterprise security and governance.
- You've marketed to enterprise buyers — CIO, CISO, platform/IT, or AI buyers.
- You've built or run an in-house outbound/ABM machine yourself
- Experience spanning both self-serve/PLG and sales-led motions.
- Enough range in positioning and messaging to write campaign-level copy
- You've been a founding or early demand hire and built the engine from zero.

About MintMCP
MintMCP helps companies put agents to work safely. We exist to help companies do more of their work with agents, and we build the infrastructure that makes a company's own work runnable by them. That has to start from trust. Our first product is an MCP gateway that gives those agents governed access to company data and tools. Before agents can touch Slack, GitHub, Jira, Snowflake, internal databases, or production systems, you need to know what they can reach, what they did, and why they were allowed to do it. Most people carry far more permissions than any single task needs. If an agent uses your token directly, it inherits all of them. MintMCP scopes that access down to exactly what an agent needs to do its job and captures the data flows and audit logs security teams need. From there we are building the rest of the agent stack: connectors, monitoring, sandboxing, long-running agents, and memory, with the goal of becoming the system a company's work runs on. We work in person in the San Francisco Bay Area. The structure is flat and the market moves fast, so you have a lot of latitude over what you work on and how. We are AI-native. Everyone uses Claude and Codex every day, and we have more agents than employees. They run in Slack alongside the team and handle sales, marketing, deal ops, and engineering on the same gateway we sell to customers, and we are building an entire company operating system around them. Since launching in February 2026, we have grown to 50+ paying customers, with strong inbound demand. Customers include Coursera, Arlo, and Braze. We are backed by Cowboy Ventures and Coatue, with angels including Frederic Kerrest (Okta), Michael Grinich (WorkOS), Andrej Karpathy, Jeff Dean, and Scott Belsky. Our founders are machine learning experts from Stanford, Berkeley, and CMU, with applied research at Google Brain and Waymo, and one co-founded Coursera.
