• CG Infinity is seeking a highly relationship-oriented and proactive Customer Success Manager to strengthen and expand our partnerships with existing clients. This individual will work closely with CG Infinity's executive leadership team to cultivate trusted client relationships, identify emerging business needs, and uncover opportunities for CG Infinity to deliver additional value.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management
• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing CG Infinity clients.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with business and technology leaders within client organizations.
• Maintain a consistent in-person presence through regular client visits and meetings.
• Serve as a visible and accessible representative of CG Infinity.
• Account Growth and Opportunity Identification
• Identify client business challenges, priorities, and strategic initiatives.
• Uncover opportunities for CG Infinity to provide additional services, solutions, or support.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align client needs with CG Infinity capabilities.
• Help expand existing client relationships through thoughtful and consultative engagement.
• Executive Collaboration
• Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute account growth strategies.
• Participate in executive-level client meetings and relationship-building activities.
• Communicate client feedback, emerging needs, risks, and growth opportunities to internal leadership.
