Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to managers by understanding their objectives, challenges, and organizational needs
• Advise and support leaders in managing their teams and making human resources-related decisions
• Support talent development, retention, and succession planning initiatives
• Assist managers with performance management, employee development, and employee relations matters
• Provide support to the Talent Acquisition Advisor with recruitment activities, as needed
• Ensure HR practices are aligned with the organization’s objectives and priorities
• Serve as the HR point of contact for assigned subsidiaries, including coordinating and validating payroll-related data
• Ensure the integrity and compliance of employee information for those subsidiaries
• Collaborate with local teams to ensure a consistent employee experience across the organization’s international locations
• Contribute to HR-related projects and committees based on organizational needs, including occupational health and safety, francization, skills development, and regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in an HR advisory role or as an HR Business Partner
• Be able to influence, engage, and build trusted relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• Demonstrate strong understanding of the various areas of human resources management
• Be proficient with technology tools and have experience working with HR systems
• Be able to interpret and leverage HR data to support business decisions
• Be fluent in French and English, both spoken and written
• Show strong analytical skills, sound professional judgment, and excellent prioritization abilities
• Adopt a proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach
• Demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and a strong interest in the evolution of HR practices
