• We are seeking a Program Manager to lead client programs and oversee all aspects of program strategy, planning, and execution for corporate meetings, events, and incentive trips.
• In this role, you will partner with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality, branded experiences while ensuring timelines, budgets, and program objectives are met. The Program Manager is responsible for managing complex program elements while maintaining exceptional client service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Program & Client Management
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships built on trust and high-quality service
• Provide clear, consistent communication and direction to clients, internal teams, and vendor partners
• Lead program timelines and ensure all milestones and deliverables are met
• Program Planning & Execution
• Oversee all program elements including budgeting, site selection, registration, travel, production, and onsite execution
• Manage hotel sourcing, room blocks, and vendor partnerships
• Coordinate across internal teams including creative, travel, production, and onsite support
• Budget & Financial Management
• • Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations
• • Track cost savings and avoidance throughout the program lifecycle
• • Ensure timely and accurate final billing and reconciliations
• Operational Excellence
• • Ensure all operational processes and procedures are followed
• • Manage multiple programs simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• • Provide post-program evaluations, reporting, and insights to clients and internal teams
