• Seeking a detail-oriented professional to support data analysis, mobile application development, and automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and reporting. The role involves analyzing and developing scripts, maintaining data quality, testing applications, and creating clear presentations and technical documentation. Responsibilities

• Convert technical and operational data into visually compelling presentations and reports.
• Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist in designing, prototyping, and developing mobile applications for data collection and operational support.
• Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining python scripts to automate data processing, integration, and reporting.
• Support testing of mobile applications and workflows, identifying issues and suggesting improvements.
• Clean, validate, and analyze transit datasets to ensure accuracy for reporting and planning.
• Assist with automating data uploads from mobile platforms to central databases.
• Provide technical support and create user-friendly documentation for staff and internal teams.
• Participate in focus groups or feedback sessions to improve applications and tools.
• Prepare weekly status updates and document progress for team review.

Requirements

• Staff Analyst Trainee II
• A Baccalaureate degree in a related field and one (1) year of full-time experience as a Staff Analyst Trainee I.
• Staff Analyst Trainee I
• A Baccalaureate degree in a related field from an accredited college.
• All candidates must possess a baccalaureate degree to apply to this position.
• Experience with programming languages and database management.
• Basic understanding of mobile application development fundamentals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to engage and coordinate with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Knowledge or experience in Computer Science, Transportation Engineering, Civil Engineering, Public Policy, or a related field sectors.
