• We are seeking a talented Designer to develop innovative, brand-right creative concepts and packaging designs across Beauty, Fragrance, Body Care, and Personal Care products. This role will translate fragrance stories, consumer insights, and emerging beauty trends into compelling visual expressions across a variety of product forms and packaging formats.
• The ideal candidate combines strong conceptual thinking with polished design execution and has a genuine passion for the beauty, fragrance, body care, and wellness industries. This individual will support projects from initial concept through final production while creating cohesive design systems that balance elevated aesthetics, consumer relevance, brand consistency, and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop multiple creative design solutions for Beauty, Fragrance, Body Care, core category, and product innovation initiatives.
• Translate fragrance stories, consumer insights, and beauty trends into distinctive packaging and product design concepts.
• Develop cohesive visual systems across multiple products and packaging formats, including color, typography, graphics, pattern, illustration, photography, and overall visual storytelling.
• Manage creative execution from early-stage concepts and exploration through finalized designs and production.
• Create Design Turn Overs (DTOs) and finalize artwork for handoff to Production and cross-functional partners.
• Review mechanical artwork and production files to ensure design accuracy prior to final approval and release.
• Develop concept boards, mood boards, presentations, and other visual storytelling materials.
• Research emerging trends across beauty, fragrance, wellness, lifestyle, color, materials, and packaging to identify new creative opportunities.
• Explore graphic treatments, decorative techniques, materials, and finishes that enhance shelf presence and the overall consumer experience.
• Provide approved designs and clear creative direction to mechanical art and production teams for technical execution.
• Collaborate closely with Design leadership, Packaging Engineering, Product Development, Merchandising, Production, and other cross-functional partners.
• Participate in competitive research, store visits, and consumer insight activities to stay current on evolving beauty behaviors and marketplace trends.
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities within a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of professional design experience in graphic design, packaging design, illustration, or a related creative discipline.
• Previous experience within Beauty, Fragrance, Personal Care, Body Care, Cosmetics, Wellness, or consumer products is strongly preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated packaging design, graphic design, typography, color, and visual storytelling.
• Strong understanding of beauty and fragrance aesthetics and the ability to translate trends and consumer insights into differentiated creative concepts.
• Demonstrated experience developing cohesive design systems across multiple products, formats, or packaging structures.
• Strong conceptual skills with the ability to take a project from initial inspiration through polished final execution.
• Experience incorporating photography, illustration, pattern, typography, and graphic elements into integrated design systems.
• Understanding of print production, packaging artwork, mechanical files, materials, and decorative techniques preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop required.
• Excellent organizational and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to incorporate creative direction while proactively bringing forward fresh ideas and design solutions.
• Genuine curiosity and passion for Beauty, Fragrance, Body Care, Personal Care, Wellness, and emerging consumer trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
