Job description

• The Manager of Contract Administration is responsible for leading and overseeing all contractual activities related to the procurement, sale, exchange, repair, and distribution of Aircraft Used Serviceable Material (USM). This role ensures contractual compliance, mitigates commercial risk, supports revenue growth, and facilitates successful customer and supplier relationships within the aviation aftermarket industry. The position collaborates closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Quality, and Legal teams to ensure efficient execution of contracts and agreements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to structure customer agreements, commercial terms, bids, RFQs, RFPs, and proposals
• Analyze contract requirements, pricing terms, warranties, indemnities, liability limits, risks, and opportunities
• Develop strategies and identify opportunities to reduce contractual risk and improve operational efficiency
• Monitor contract compliance, performance obligations, quality requirements, and audit readiness
• Serve as the primary contract point of contact for the Flight Solutions Group and all counterparties
• Resolve contractual disputes and support negotiations that achieve practical, mutually beneficial outcomes
• Lead, develop, train, and hold contract administration personnel accountable to departmental goals, KPIs, and standards
• Implement and improve contract management systems, workflows, and operating procedures
• Track key contract metrics and prepare management reports

Requirements

• 7+ years of contract administration, commercial management, or aviation aftermarket experience
• Experience negotiating, drafting, and managing commercial agreements in aviation, aerospace, MRO, or aftermarket services
• Knowledge of FAA, EASA, aircraft technical records, traceability, and aviation regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment abilities
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools, ERP systems, contract management software, and MS Office Suite
• Paralegal or legal background
