Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, delivering exceptional service and support
- Handle inbound client calls, emails, and service requests related to policies, billing, and account updates
- Manage policy updates, vehicle changes, auto-pay adjustments, renewals, and coverage inquiries
- Retain clients by providing solution-based insurance options and proactively identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional coverage
- Document all client interactions accurately and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding requests
- Collaborate with team members and internal departments to resolve client issues efficiently
- Support agency goals by contributing to revenue growth by identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell insurance products
Requirements
- Prior experience in an administrative and or customer support role managing client accounts, insurance operations, or customer service environments preferred
- Ability to assess client needs, recommend appropriate insurance products, and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Skilled at presenting solutions, handling objections, and maintaining strong client relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft suite of products and web-based software solutions
- Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage types, and regulatory requirements is a plus
- Strong Communicator: Establishes trust quickly and foster lasting client relationships.
- Problem Solver: Listens actively, thinks critically, and delivers tailored solutions.
- Time Management: Effectively prioritizes tasks and adapt as needs shift throughout the day.
