Responsibilities

- Independently analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues.
- Collaborate with R&D and System Test (ST) teams to identify and deliver solutions for customer-reported problems.
- Drive technical discussions and solution implementation at customer sites.
- Provide technical support for telecom cloud and packet core solutions.
- Participate in deployments, upgrades, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
Requirements

- Willingness to travel based on business requirements.

- Telecom Core Network, EPC, or Cloud Native Network Functions (CNF/VNF) support experience.
- Exposure to Kubernetes, OpenStack, Docker, and cloud-based telecom deployments.
- Experience in customer support, operations, or technical services within telecom environments.
