Job description

• General Summary:

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary PMO interface between project teams, quality, supply chain, finance, and management.
• Works closely with project leaders to ensure timely review of project progress and deliverables are achieved at planned milestones
• Tracks and controls project cost, schedule, and milestones against approved plans.
• Identifies deviations early and coordinates mitigation actions with project and functional owners
• Enforces PMO standards, reporting cadence, and governance forums. Ensures consistent, high-quality project and portfolio reporting for management reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Material, Chemical), or Engineering Management
• Experience in one or more of the following within a semiconductor environment:
• PMO / Project Controlling for R&D, Technology Development, or NPI
• Project management supporting product and process development
• Engineering Operations or Business Operations in semiconductor R&D
• Strong stakeholder management skills; ability to communicate clearly with senior management and cross‑functional teams
• Experience in project controlling or project management
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.
• PMP® or equivalent project / program management certification is an advantage
• Lean / Six Sigma (Green Belt or above) for process and execution discipline is an advantage
• • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field and 2+ years of Product/Process Development or related work experience.
• OR
• Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field and 1+ year of Product/Process Development or related work experience.
• OR
• PhD in Engineering, Science, or related field.
