• As our Sr. Systems Analyst, you’ll help drive Concora Credit’s Mission to enable customers to Do More with Credit – every single day.
• As our Sr. Systems Analyst, you’ll be a trusted partner between Business and Technology at Concora Credit, helping shape how our System of Record (Fiserv Optis) supports customer servicing, product design, rewards, fraud, and the broader credit card ecosystem. This is a role for someone who drives the work, not just tracks it. You’ll take ownership of initiatives from idea through implementation, bring creative thinking to complex problems, and build strong relationships with stakeholders who rely on your judgment. Working alongside an experienced team of analysts, you’ll share what you know, learn from those around you, and help grow the collective expertise of the group. Responsibilities

• Own and drive System of Record initiatives from discovery through implementation, keeping work moving and outcomes on track.
• Build trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders, serving as a go-to partner who can influence direction and align priorities.
• Bring a creative, solution-oriented mindset to complex problems and see challenges as opportunities.
• Translate business needs into Optis configuration and product solutions across servicing, product design, rewards, fraud, and other lines of business.
• Take a consultative approach: ask the questions behind the ask, present options, and help business partners make informed decisions.
• Design, test, and implement new functionality across Fiserv applications, including building test plans, conditioning accounts, and documenting outcomes.
• Manage and prioritize requests in the ServiceNow queue, supporting all lines of business.
• Plan and communicate to set clear expectations with business partners.
• Identify, research, and diagnose root cause, then drive solutions through to resolution.
• Analyze business and system processes to identify efficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Provide system analysis and data solutions across multiple IT applications.
• Create and maintain accurate, comprehensive, and current system and technical documentation that strengthens shared team knowledge.
• Share knowledge generously through collaboration, peer reviews, and informal mentoring, contributing to a team culture of continuous learning.
• Represent the team with confidence in cross-functional discussions, communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Adapt quickly in an ever-changing environment and bring the curiosity, professionalism, and accountability that make the team successful.

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on experience with the Fiserv Optis platform, including working knowledge of PCF, Rules, Decision Quest, and other Fiserv applications.
• 8 combined years of Business Analyst, System Configuration/Implementation, Testing, Data Analysis, and/or Technical Support roles.
• A track record of owning and driving initiatives to completion, influencing peers and stakeholders without relying on formal authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort explaining technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Project management skills, including coordinating timelines, prioritizing issues, communicating status, and escalating concerns.
• A collaborative, knowledge-sharing approach and a desire to grow your career and take on expanded responsibility.
• Exposure to Finance, Credit Card, and/or Payments (servicing, merchant processing, compliance/regulatory, fraud, credit applications, card orders/inventory, credit bureau, disputes, and more) is a plus!
• SQL and/or Databricks
• Test-lead experience
• Experience leading workstreams on complex, cross-functional initiatives
