• SUMMARY: This position is primarily responsible for assisting customers in their purchase of company products and services by performing the following duties.

Responsibilities

• Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Handles all aspects of customer service (internal and external customers alike)
• Ability to handle customer and employee issues, along with communicating to management regarding issues that need to be addressed.
• Assists with inventory to and from the warehouse, and sales floor.
• Responsible for promoting a positive culture within the department/store.
• Works with customers to insure a positive shopping experience.
• Handles inbound calls
• Provides and collects required paperwork and forms following all ATF guidelines, ensuring
• accuracy of data collected free of errors or missing data.
• Maintains required paperwork.
• Quotes price and describes features of product items.
• Emphasizes salable features, credit terms, and prepares sales orders for orders obtained.
• Stocks products on sales floor
• Cleans and organizes work areas
• Enforces safety, health, and security rules.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• All other duties as required by management.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience
• and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to
• write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group
• situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common
• fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar
• graphs.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral
• instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized
• situations.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of; Inventory Software; and
• Order Processing Systems.
