Responsibilities

• Designs, creates, and maintains complex data management systems in QuickBase
• Writes complex formulas in Quickbase
• Analyzes program objectives and requirements todetermine optimal approaches to designing, creating, and modifying new and existingQuickbase applications
• Independently proposes Quickbase solutions toaddress challenges related to the administration, operation, and implementationof programs
• Obtains requirements from and implements Quickbasesolutions for programs related to the protection and restoration of surface andgroundwater resources
• Designs and runs reports that draw informationfrom Quickbase applications
• Assists in or leads troubleshooting effortspertaining to the quality control and user interface of Quickbase applications
• Assists in managing internal and externalrelationships to effectively prioritize program resources
• Coordinates IT project management, engineering,maintenance, QA, and risk management.
• Plans, coordinates, and monitors projectactivities.
• Develops technical applications to support users.
• Develops, implements, maintains, and enforces documented standards and procedures for the design, development, installation, modification, and documentation of assigned systems.
• 15. Ensures project lifecycle is in compliance with District standards and procedures
• Providfes traing for Quickbase applocations and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
