- The Warehouse Logistics Technician I is responsible for supporting warehouse and logistics operations through the safe receipt, storage, movement, inventory control, and shipment of materials and finished goods. This position plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production schedules, and ensuring efficient product flow throughout the Monogram Foods Bristol facility.
Responsibilities
- Receive, store, stage, and distribute raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory transactions accurately.
- Perform inventory movements and documentation in accordance with established procedures.
- Support shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading trailers.
- Verify product quantities, lot codes, and inventory locations.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Coordinate material replenishment to production areas to prevent downtime.
- Operate powered industrial equipment when properly trained and certified.
- Assist with freezer, cooler, and dry-storage warehouse operations.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns immediately.
- Maintain organized warehouse locations and ensure proper product rotation practices.
- Accurately complete required paperwork and electronic transactions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations.
- Assist with additional warehouse and logistics functions as assigned by leadership.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
