- We’re looking for a dependable, safety‑minded, hazmat endorsed Class B Driver to support our healthcare routes in the Richmond, VA area. This role is perfect for a driver who values consistent daytime hours, local routes, and meaningful work that supports hospitals and healthcare professionals every day.
- You’ll be responsible for collecting and transporting medical waste and sharps containers while delivering top‑tier customer service at healthcare facilities along your route.

- Work site: 5768 Charles City Circle, Henrico VA 23231
- **This position is offering a $3k sign-on bonus for new hires. $1k paid after 30 days of employment and $2k paid after 90 days of employment!**
Responsibilities
- Safely collect, transport, and store medical waste and sharps containers
- Operate company vehicles up to 26’ box trucks
- Manage assigned local routes and deliver timely, reliable service
- Complete deliveries according to schedule and communicate route changes or issues
- Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
- Maintain DOT compliance including logs and roadside inspections
- Physical & Customer‑Facing Work
- Load and unload containers throughout the day (heavy lifting required)
- Organize and prioritize your truck based on route needs
- Build positive relationships with healthcare customers through professional, friendly service
Requirements
- Valid Class B license or valid drivers license with a clean driving record and DOT medical card
- Experience operating vehicles up to 26’ box trucks
- Familiarity with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspections
- Confidence completing Level 1–3 DOT road checks
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and proven tenure with past employers
- Customer‑focused mindset with a flexible, can‑do attitude
- Commitment to safe driving and on‑time delivery practices
