Responsibilities
- – Craft high-quality coffee with precision and pride
- – Create an inviting, upbeat environment behind the bar
- – Engage with customers in a way that makes them want to come back
- – Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
- – Support your team and keep operations running smoothly
Requirements
- – Hands-on experience with espresso dialing, milk texturing, and latte art
- – Familiarity with specialty brew methods (pour-over, batch, etc.)
- – A sharp eye for detail and consistency in every drink
- – A genuinely warm, welcoming presence — hospitality comes naturally to you
- – A team-first mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
