Job description

• We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Middle Office to join our Middle Office team. This role is located in Manchester, UK.

Responsibilities

• Acting as link between front office, BNY plus national and international 3rd parties.
• To provide timely and accurate corporate action details globally
• To ensure all voluntary corporate actions are elected on before market deadlines
• To ensure all income events are captured and processed in a timely manor within Aladdin
• Work closely with the reconciliations team to ensure all breaks are kept to a minimum and where required resolved quickly
• To support the Front Office in the execution of their core activities in a changing and dynamic environment by ensuring the provision of accurate, timely and comprehensive information.
• To assist with the development of the Investment Operations function to provide a wide-ranging service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• To constantly challenge all current processes and procedures to identify any potential for process improvement through such things as Robotics
• To gain a broad understanding of Investment operations, constantly challenging the current processes and procedures.
• Maintain a gold standard risk and control environment with in the team.

Requirements
