Responsibilities

• • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop and implement employee experience strategies;
• • Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights on employee satisfaction and engagement levels;
• • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the employee experience;
• • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations, performance management, and career development initiatives;
• • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee experience and promote a culture of continuous learning;
• • Act as a trusted advisor to employees, offering confidential support and guidance on various work-related issues;
• • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that positively impact the overall employee experience;
• • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in employee experience management to drive innovation and enhance organizational effectiveness.
