Job description
- The Insights product is a new offering for Guidepoint's Institutional investment and corporate clients, that offers teleconferences, surveys, and in-person events. The teleconferences live in a transcript library portal, which covers a wide of industries/topics that enables our clients to make informed decisions. All content features experts from Guidepoint’s proprietary global network and is conceptualized and hosted by former investment professionals (i.e., private equity/hedge fund), sell-side equity research analysts, and industry professionals. - This position can be remote. Ideal candidates MUST be comfortable working on a shift from 5:30PM to 2:30 AM IST.
Responsibilities
- Support operations associate in hosting teleconferences across sectors in APAC
- Contact clients to determine event interest, confirm predetermined advisors
- Send invitations to clients and oversee client RSVPs and compliance
- Manage all correspondence with advisors prior to meetings
- Assist in maximizing attendance at events, ensure events runs successfully and conduct post-event cost analysis and review client charges
- Assist in managing internal documents
- Work closely with other team members to ensure the successful execution of meetings via the scheduling of advisors for breakfast/lunch meetings agendas and teleconferences
- Provide the team with all relevant materials for the events including PowerPoint slides, event signage, and brochures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous project management experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task and to work under tight deadlines
- Flexibility to work long and unpredictable hours
- Proficiency in MS-Office, Outlook, and Google Suite
- Proficient in the use of the internet for research
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and persuasively, both verbally and textually
- Demonstrated ability to work both in a team atmosphere and autonomously
- A desire to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
