Job description

• Super Source is a growing company serving the hospitality industry, providing commercial cleaning solutions, cleaning chemicals, and warewashing equipment and service to restaurants, hotels, and other businesses. We’re hiring a Territory Sales & Operations Manager to help lead and grow our Greenville, South Carolina territory.
• This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats. You’ll help grow sales, take care of existing customers, support day-to-day operations, work with employees in the territory, and occasionally assist with equipment or service-related needs.
• Our Greenville territory is a smaller, developing operation, so we’re looking for someone who takes ownership, pays attention to the details, and is willing to step in wherever needed to keep the territory healthy and growing.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities to increase sales
• Develop new business through prospecting, cold calling, referrals, and in-person sales
• Help manage the day-to-day operations of the Greenville territory
• Provide direction, support, and accountability to employees working within the territory
• Monitor customer needs and help ensure issues are handled promptly and professionally
• Assist with basic equipment troubleshooting and service needs when necessary
• Coordinate with Super Source’s sales, service, warehouse, and management teams
• Help maintain appropriate inventory, equipment, and supplies for the territory
• Follow up on open items and make sure commitments to customers and employees are completed
• Take ownership of the overall organization, growth, and health of the territory

Requirements

• Sales experience and the confidence to develop new business
• Experience managing people, operations, or day-to-day business responsibilities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A high level of personal responsibility and follow-through
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort learning how equipment works
• Ability to work independently and make sound day-to-day decisions
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility to shift between sales, customer service, operations, and hands-on responsibilities
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• You do not need experience in the commercial dishmachine or cleaning chemical industry. We can teach you our products and equipment.
