• The Senior Brand and Content Marketer owns Clarify Health’s point of view and every word that carries it to market. The role produces thought leadership, brand narrative, campaign content, and sales enablement material, and directs the freelance creative resources that support it.
• The role reports to the Head of Marketing and works alongside the Director, Growth Marketing, who owns campaign orchestration, account-based programs, and partnership with the field. Marketing operations and digital channels are being built out now, so this person will help shape how the work reaches its audience rather than inheriting a finished system. This is a role for someone who wants to establish a function, not maintain one.
• Clarify Health builds the data foundation that health systems and payers use to make network decisions, mapping more than 300 million lives and 20 billion data points through the Clarify Atlas Platform. Clarify Meridian applies that foundation as a discipline system for referral network excellence, helping health systems keep high-quality, strategically aligned patient volume inside their networks across more than 70 payment models. We have the evidence to explain what works in that market. What we do not yet have is a consistent voice putting it in front of the strategy and finance leaders who make the decisions.
• This role will help elevate Clarify brand perception and recognition through consistent and credible content and messaging, so that health system leaders recognize Clarify’s perspective before a sales conversation starts.
• In the first 90 days. You have absorbed the positioning and messaging pillars, taken over the publishing calendar, and refreshed the core sales enablement set: battlecards, the pitch narrative, and two case studies.
• By six months. A thought leadership cadence is running at one executive-bylined piece per month and one long-form piece per quarter. Campaign content ships on the marketing calendar without slipping.
• By twelve months. That cadence has held for four consecutive quarters. The regional vice presidents reach for your content in live deals, and Clarify’s point of view is recognizable to health system strategy leaders.

Responsibilities

• Where we need you most: thought leadership, campaign and sales enablement content. The other areas below matter, but those two are why we are opening this role. The strongest candidates will have built a brand story and equipped a field team with materials they need across the entire sales process.
• Thought leadership and brand narrative. Develop and sustain the perspective Clarify takes to market through executive-bylined articles, market commentary, and research-backed points of view. Maintain a publishing calendar and hold its cadence.
• Campaign content. Produce landing page copy, email sequences, nurture track copy, ad copy, and blog content for every campaign.
• Sales enablement content. Build and maintain battlecards, case studies, one-pagers, white papers, and pitch narrative, and support regional vice presidents directly on prospecting materials.
• Brand story and messaging consistency. Carry the narrative across every external asset, working from positioning and messaging pillars set by the Head of Marketing.
• Social content and publishing. Own the social calendar, publishing, and executive social presence.
• Website copy. Own the words on the site and partner with the Director, Growth Marketing on structure, conversion paths, and SEO briefs.
• Creative direction. Provide direction for occasional freelance design, including briefs, quality control, and delivery management.
• Media partnership. Supply the substance the contract PR resource places with media, and support award and recognition submissions.

Requirements

• Required qualifications
• Four to six years in B2B content marketing, brand, or communications.
• A portfolio of published work carrying an executive or organizational voice. We will ask for three samples and a short written note on what you specifically contributed to each. This is our primary screen, so please have it ready when you apply.
• Direct experience marketing in healthcare, health technology, or another regulated industry, with demonstrated understanding of the buyer and the compliance constraints.
• Long-form healthcare content experience, including white papers, research-backed reports, or original analysis.
• Experience ghostwriting for an executive and sustaining a consistent voice over time.
• Sales enablement experience, particularly in a company where the field owns prospecting.
• Experience briefing and directing designers, and working knowledge of a marketing automation platform as a content contributor rather than an administrator.
