• WHOOP is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Lead – Growth to own lifecycle strategies across Apparel & Accessories, Refer a Friend, and the promotional calendar. This role is ideal for a highly analytical marketer who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution. You’ll dig into performance and member data to identify opportunities, form hypotheses, and translate insights into action. With an experimentation-first mindset, you’ll test and learn quickly, continually finding new ways to engage members and drive measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle strategy and performance for Apparel & Accessories, driving product discovery, cross-sell, repeat purchase, and incremental bookings.
• Own the Refer a Friend lifecycle strategy, identifying and testing opportunities to increase awareness, participation, and referral activity.
• Lead the lifecycle promotional calendar, defining how promotional moments come to life across owned channels while balancing growth goals with the member experience.
• Translate member behavior, performance data, and business insights into strategies, experiments, and growth opportunities.
• Own the test-and-learn cycle from hypothesis through measurement, interpreting experiment results and using learnings to determine what to scale, iterate, or stop.
• Develop coordinated experiences across email, SMS, in-app, and other owned channels throughout the member journey.
• Partner cross-functionally across the Growth, Marketing, Creative, Analytics, and Commercial teams to bring high-impact lifecycle initiatives to life.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, retention, or growth marketing, with a track record of driving measurable business impact.
• Experience developing multi-channel lifecycle strategies across email, SMS, and in-app.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data and member insights into clear strategies, experiments, and decisions.
• Experience with segmentation, personalization, experimentation, and CRM program development.
• A member-centric, growth-oriented mindset—curious, creative, entrepreneurial, and constantly looking for opportunities to improve performance.
• Technical fluency with CRM and marketing technology and lifecycle measurement. Experience with Iterable, Amplitude, or Hightouch is a plus.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to independently own multiple programs from strategy through execution.
• Experience in a subscription, e-commerce, or consumer technology business is a plus.

• The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 - $150,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
• In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
• These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
