• Raymond Storage Concepts (RSC) is a leading provider of customized material handling solutions focused on helping our customers optimize their warehouses, fleets, and operations. As an authorized Raymond sales and service center, we serve customers throughout Ohio, Kentucky, Southeast Indiana, and West Virginia from our headquarters in Cincinnati and regional locations in Columbus and Louisville. As RSC continues to grow, so does the opportunity to improve the systems and processes that power our business.
• We’re looking for an ERP Business Analyst who is excited to dig into how a business operates, solve complex problems, improve processes, and help teams get more out of technology.
• And the timing couldn’t be better. RSC is preparing for a planned migration from our current ERP platform, EBS Next, to Microsoft Business Central. This role will have the opportunity to be closely involved in that evolution and help shape how our ERP supports the business moving forward.
• This is an onsite position based out of our Cincinnati office, giving you the opportunity to work directly with teams and leaders across the organization as you learn our business, evaluate processes, and develop solutions.
• This isn't a position where you'll simply maintain a system and respond to tickets.
• You’ll have the opportunity to understand how different areas of RSC operate, influence how processes are designed, help establish ERP best practices, and play an important role in a significant system transformation.

Responsibilities

• As our ERP Business Analyst, you’ll become a key internal resource connecting people, processes, data, and technology.
• You’ll partner with teams across RSC to understand how work gets done today, identify opportunities to make it better, and translate business needs into practical ERP solutions. Whether you’re troubleshooting an issue, improving a workflow, analyzing data, supporting an implementation, or helping a team adopt a better process, your work will have an impact across the organization.
• Serve as a key subject matter expert for our ERP system and help teams understand how to use its capabilities effectively.
• Partner with departments across the organization to understand business processes, uncover inefficiencies, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Help prepare for and support our planned transition from eBS Next to Microsoft Business Central.
• Translate business requirements into practical system and process solutions.
• Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and standardize workflows through better use of ERP functionality.
• Support ERP configuration, enhancements, implementations, upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Investigate ERP issues, identify root causes, and coordinate solutions with internal teams, vendors, and technical resources.
• Develop database queries to support data requests, analysis, and system troubleshooting.
• Champion data quality and integrity by identifying inconsistencies and partnering with departments to address their root causes.
• Document business processes, system procedures, workflows, and ERP best practices.
• Support user training and help associates become more confident and capable ERP users.
• Evaluate how proposed system and process changes could impact other areas of the organization.
• Help drive change management and adoption as new functionality, processes, and systems are introduced.

Requirements

• We’re looking for someone who can see both sides of the equation: how the technology works and how the business needs to work.

• 4+ years of ERP Business Analyst experience or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and how they support business operations.
• Experience with business analysis, process improvement, system implementation, and/or system testing.
• Experience supporting change management and the adoption of new processes or ERP functionality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear system requirements and practical solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with associates, leaders, vendors, and technical resources.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a growing, evolving environment.
• Experience writing SQL queries and understanding database relationships.
• Strong project management experience, including coordinating timelines, priorities, deliverables, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central.
• Experience supporting an ERP implementation or migration.
