• We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Engineer to develop, implement, and improve test solutions for complex electronic and electromechanical products. This is a hands-on role within our Operations team focused on PCBA and system-level testing, troubleshooting, test automation, and supporting products from New Product Introduction (NPI) through volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain test solutions for PCBAs, electronic assemblies, and system-level products.
• Design and improve test fixtures, test procedures, and automated test processes.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex product and test failures.
• Support NPI activities and the transition of new products from Engineering into manufacturing.
• Partner with Engineering to provide Design for Testability (DFT) input and improve product test coverage.
• Develop and maintain test software, scripts, and automation tools to improve test efficiency and repeatability.
• Analyze test data, yields, and failure trends to identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities.
• Provide technical guidance and support to test technicians and manufacturing personnel.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, suppliers, and contract manufacturers to resolve test and production issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in test engineering, manufacturing test, product test, or a related engineering field.
• Strong hands-on experience with PCBA and system-level testing and troubleshooting.
• Experience developing and supporting test solutions in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of electronic test equipment, including oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, power supplies, signal generators, and similar instrumentation.
• Experience with test automation and programming or scripting using Python, LabVIEW, C/C++, or similar tools.
• Experience supporting NPI and transitioning products from development into production.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with semiconductor, capital equipment, or high-volume electronics manufacturing is strongly preferred.
