- Coordinate marketing efforts for rental properties on various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all properties that meet "ok to show" criteria are marketed in advance Utilize all marketing platforms - email, social media, and focused sales/leasing event campaigns
- Create marketing flyers for print and digital use
- Visit properties to obtain pictures for use in marketing efforts Analyze leads to contact possible renters for units on the market
- Use lead data to review marketing efforts for effectiveness
- Work with property management to ensure signage and lockboxes are on units
Requirements
- One or more years of experience in marketing/advertising or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive/Sheets/Docs
- Extremely comfortable with use of technology including computers, the internet and electronic files
- Willing and able to learn new software and technological tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional demeanor
- Able to manage time effectively and prioritize appropriately.
