Job description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support accounting processes and financial reporting. Strong accounting knowledge and proficiency in Excel and SAP are preferred. Ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and ready to contribute to a dynamic team in a growing enterprise.

Responsibilities

• · Process monthly direct-to-customer and FedEx-related fee journal entries.
• · Reconcile and perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounting entries.
• · Support Kress brand Warranty, Returns, and AR disputes.
• · Maintain and review Kress brand daily reporting.
• · SAP maintenance and support for pricing of retail customers.
• · Prepare and analyze sales reports for internal teams.
• · Review customer programs and commissions to support monthly accruals.
• · Provide weekly billing report for 3rd Party review.
• · Assist Finance Managers and Finance VP with ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

• · Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
• · Minimum of 2 years in a financial or accounting position is required.
• · A working knowledge of accounting principles is required.
• · Experience using SAP or any other ERP system is preferred.
• · Proficient in Excel.
• · Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills and attention to detail
• · Results-oriented and thrives working either independently or as part of a team.
• · Comfortable interacting with all levels of employees and departments
• · Proactively seeks opportunities to broaden and deepen knowledge base and proficiencies.
• · Adept at managing changing priorities and projects, clarifying priority regularly.
