- We are currently looking for a Project Accountant for our office in Richmond, BC supporting our Western Canadian business unit.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Sound judgement, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- A full-time office-based position
Responsibilities
- Lead customer invoicing processes, including construction progress draws, ensuring timely and accurate billing
- Oversee vendor invoice entry and prepare cheques with accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with Credit & Collections and Project Managers to ensure timely A/R collections
- Prepare and finalize monthly bank reconciliations
- Support Project Managers with monthly inventory counts and ensure accurate documentation
- Track, analyze, and report on project profitability, identifying cost-saving opportunities
Requirements
- Successful completion of a University Degree or College Diploma
- Interest in the construction industry and a willingness to learn and grow within the sector
- Past experience in construction booking would be considered an asset
- Knowledge of the construction industry would be considered an asset
- Positive attitude and willingness to commit to our company
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- A valid driver's license with access to a vehicle
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented and fun work environment
