• The People team is seeking a strategic, business-focused, and problem-solving Senior Human Resource Business Partner to support our Supply Chain organization. This is a highly visible role collaborating with senior leaders across a complex, fast-paced, and evolving function.
• In this role, you will be a reliable advisor to Supply Chain leadership, turning business priorities into people strategies that improve organizational efficiency, leadership capability, talent, and team performance. You will offer a thoughtful and data-driven approach, challenge assumptions as appropriate, and balance long-term organizational needs with practical, hands-on application.
• This role will lead people initiatives across organizational structure, workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, compensation, employee relations, and organizational change. Using both qualitative and quantitative insights, you will identify emerging needs, recommend solutions, and help leaders navigate growth, ambiguity, and organizational change.
• This role reports to the Director, HR Business Partner and collaborates closely with regional and global HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, People Experience, and other People team partners.
• This is a six-month temporary role that involves a hybrid work arrangement at our Seattle office.

Responsibilities

• Function as the lead HR Business Partner for the Supply Chain organization, gaining an in-depth grasp of its business priorities, operating model, talent needs, and organizational challenges.
• Advise and mentor senior leaders on organizational efficiency, workforce planning, team structure, leadership capability, talent development, performance, organizational planning, and compensation.
• Partner with leaders and People team specialists to identify, develop, engage, and retain critical talent across the organization.
• Use workforce data and business insights to detect trends, risks, and opportunities connected to retention, engagement, talent, performance, and organizational health.
• Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leaders and measure the efficiency of resulting people strategies.
• Lead the implementation of core People programs, including talent reviews, performance management, compensation planning, engagement initiatives, and organizational planning.
• Collaborate across the People team to deliver consistent, scalable, and business-relevant solutions while accounting for the outstanding needs of the Supply Chain organization.
• Find opportunities to simplify and improve People programs, processes, and tools, growing efficiency, adoption, and the overall employee and leader experience.

Requirements

• More than 10 years of advancing experience in human resources or a similar area, with at least 7 years in an HR Business Partner or an equivalent strategic HR position.
• Experience collaborating with senior leaders in a complex, matrixed, and fast-changing organization. And quickly understand operational priorities, organizational dynamics, and talent implications.
• Experience in organizational development, workforce planning, talent management, performance management, compensation planning, change management, and employee relations.
• Move comfortably between strategic advising and hands-on execution, with the judgment to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Mentor and influence leaders, navigating competing perspectives, and constructively challenging assumptions.
• Comfortable working with people data and business insights to recognize trends, guide decisions, and suggest practical solutions.
• Experience supporting Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Distribution, or a similarly complex organization is strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting geographically dispersed or global teams is preferred.

• The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
