• The Sales Business Operations Manager serves as the operational backbone of the Sales Business Operations team, owning the coordination, intake, communication, and execution that keeps programs, products, and projects moving across the sales organization. This role provides dedicated operational and commercial product support, acting as the critical bridge between venue teams, leadership, and cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator who thrives in the details, excels under fast-moving deadlines, and adapts quickly in a consistently evolving environment, bringing a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset to every challenge.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales support channels and serve as the primary point of contact for non-systems field inquiries, including application, technology, and accounting-related questions and needs, investigating and triaging issues and providing both immediate and long-term scalable solutions, escalating appropriately to ensure timely resolution
• Develop and manage project plans that support sales department rollouts, program timelines, and post-launch stabilization, tracking milestones and holding cross-functional partners accountable to deadlines
• Execute sales enablement programs and processes, handling end-to-end coordination, communication, and logistics that bring initiatives from planning through deployment/rollout and into steady-state operations
• Partner with training, operations, and sales leadership to build, maintain, and continuously improve event standard operating procedures, ensuring documentation is current, accessible, and reflective of business processes across the sales organization
• Own program and project intake for the sales department, capturing, organizing, and prioritizing incoming requests while maintaining visibility into workload, status, and key dependencies across the team’s portfolio
• Design, develop, and deliver scalable processes, clear execution guidelines, and comprehensive roll-out material to support sales programs, initiatives, and tools
• Sales Support & Issue Resolution
• Serves as the front line for field-facing operational needs, triaging issues and delivering timely, scalable solutions.

• Process Design & Documentation
• Builds and maintains the standard operating procedures and roll-out materials that keep the sales organization running consistently.
• Partners with training, operations, and sales leadership to build, maintain, and continuously improve event standard operating procedures.
• Designs, develops, and delivers scalable processes, clear execution guidelines, and comprehensive roll-out material to support sales programs, initiatives, and tools.
• Intake & Portfolio Visibility
• Owns the front door for sales department requests, keeping the team’s workload and priorities visible and organized.
• Owns program and project intake for the sales department, capturing, organizing, and prioritizing incoming requests.
• Maintains visibility into workload, status, and key dependencies across the team’s portfolio.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Serves as the connective tissue between venue teams, leadership, and cross-functional partners.
• Acts as the critical bridge between venue teams, leadership, and cross-functional partners, providing dedicated operational and commercial product support.
• Brings a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset to fast-moving deadlines and a consistently evolving environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• 3+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, program management, project management, sales enablement, or a related support function
• 2+ years of experience coordinating cross-functional projects and driving execution across multiple stakeholders, timelines, and workstreams
• 2+ years of experience creating and maintaining processes, playbooks, SOPs, communications, and roll-out materials that support field adoption and operational consistency
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs, requests, and priorities simultaneously
• Proven ability to triage and resolve field-facing operational issues, escalating appropriately when needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across venue teams, leadership, and cross-functional partners
• Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-moving, evolving environment
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
• Experience with project management or workflow tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com)
• Background in retail, hospitality, or multi-unit/field operations
• Familiarity with CRM or sales enablement platforms
• Experience developing training materials or facilitating rollout of new programs and tools
