- Our Customer Service & Sales team is at the forefront of delivering excellence. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with customer decision-makers and key stakeholders within an assigned territory.
- Support customer retention by maximizing the renewal and continuation of existing revenue streams.
- Coordinate and book client training events by reviewing course prerequisites, participant qualifications, course availability, and accurately registering training requirements.
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule and track recurring training events and follow up to ensure completion.
- Identify opportunities to promote additional training courses that align with client needs and objectives.
- Negotiate pricing agreements and make contract-related decisions in accordance with established guidelines.
- Monitor training events through completion and provide ongoing customer support.
- Communicate payment terms clearly and assist with payment collection activities, including collecting applicable payments at training events when required.
- Support the achievement of company sales strategies, objectives, and territory targets.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service through proactive communication and follow-up.
- Establish and maintain positive client relationships through regular engagement and account management activities.
- Coordinate training requirements with the Training Services team to deliver appropriate customer solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support team objectives and provide backup coverage when needed.
- Support training participation growth and achievement of assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in Salesforce and Gemini systems.
Requirements
- Experience in customer/client relations role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to be adaptable and flexible with the capacity to accept change.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and the willingness to participate in process improvement projects.
- Self-starter.
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize daily workload.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
- Must be able to maintain professionalism in the workplace at all times.
- Aviation experience desirable.
- Experience with Salesforce or equivalent client database software would be an advantage.
