• We are looking for an experienced SnapLogic Lead to manage and support the SnapLogic integration platform in a 24x7 production support environment. The candidate will lead a team of approximately 17 members, manage ITSM processes, and coordinate with offshore teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of approximately 17 members in a 24x7 SnapLogic support environment.
• Manage incidents, service requests, bug fixes, minor enhancements, and problem tickets.
• Perform and coordinate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production issues.
• Ensure adherence to ITSM processes and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with offshore teams for daily status updates, deliverables, and shift handovers.
• Prepare and maintain client status reports.
• Monitor production issues and ensure timely resolution within agreed SLAs.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support administration and operations of the SnapLogic integration platform.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to resolve integration-related issues.
