As consigned goods travel into our facilities, the team processes, authenticates, and photographs each item in preparation for listing to our website. As a Senior Fashion Product Receiver, you will perform all functions of a Fashion Product Receiver in addition to elevated responsibilities including receiving of high value, VIP, Vintage and LCO products. Responsibilities

• Support receiving team by being responsible for consignments with elevated complexity, value, and priority
• Assist team by answering questions in chats and being go-to for providing shadows and mentoring to new and struggling receivers
• Follow proper workflows and scan products as needed into inventory locations
• Participate in daily huddles by providing feedback and helpful tips and tricks to receivers
• Work in partnership with other Senior Receivers to process large consignments
• Inspect consigned luxury products for condition and acceptance standards (Quality Control)
• Input product specifications into company internal inventory system
• Ensure monthly quota goals are met while upholding the highest company processing and quality standards
• Utilize technology to capture key product information
• Provide pertinent and accurate product information such as measurements

Requirements

• Ability to take feedback/coaching and implement to improve and develop skills
• Ability to follow and reference training guides
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
• Ability to use available resources to make informed decisions with some degree of subjectivity, or able to appropriately partner with peers or leaders when decisions are unclear
• Basic proficiency with Mac OS and Google Suite

• The expected hourly rate for this role is $17.50-$18.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
