• Application
• As GTM Operations, you’ll manage and grow Nabi’s team of Provider Partnerships Managers. The team works in the field, meeting directly with healthcare providers to build trusted relationships and help more patients access Nabi’s care.
• You will establish best practices with the team, build the team’s operating cadence, own hiring, monitor performance, and create the playbook we need to scale.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our Provider Partnerships Manager team, helping each person improve their performance.
• Establish the team’s operating cadence, including goals, 1:1s, pipeline reviews, training, and performance management.
• Own hiring for the team end to end, from defining candidate profiles and interviewing to closing and onboarding.
• Monitor pipeline health and team performance, using data to identify problems, understand their root causes, and drive improvements.
• Build the Provider Partnerships playbook, turning what works into clear, repeatable processes as the team scales.

Requirements

• Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco—this is an in-person role.
• Strong people and coaching skills—you earn trust, give direct and thoughtful feedback, and bring out the best in others.
• Highly quantitative—you identify the right metrics, interpret performance data, and translate insights into action.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills—you can bring structure to ambiguous challenges, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions.
• Scrappy, fast-moving, and mission-driven—you take ownership, communicate clearly, and care deeply about improving care for patients.
• Experience in management consulting, startup operations, GTM operations, business operations, or strategy and operations.
• A track record of building a process, operating cadence, or playbook from zero to one.
• Experience at an early-stage startup or other high-growth organization.
