Job description
- Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager in the commercial door, frame, and hardware industry to manage up to $3M in annual projects. Ideal candidate is locally based, hands-on, and ready to step into a senior leadership role as a future pillar of the company.
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial projects from award through closeout
- Produce submittals and coordinate purchasing
- Collaborate with union installers and in-house rework shop
- Conduct job site visits (1–2x weekly)
- Assist with estimating on a limited basis
- Engage with clients and potentially bring in new business
Requirements
- 5–10+ years in doors, frames, and hardware (DFH)
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, small company environment
- Excellent client communication and on-site presence
- Local candidates strongly preferred
