Job description

• We are looking for a highly technical Project Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead and coordinate a Dynatrace-focused technology team.
• This person will play a key leadership role, working closely with the client and multiple technology partners to bring teams together, drive execution, and ensure successful delivery of technical initiatives.
• The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding, excellent project leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical projects supporting the Dynatrace team.
• Serve as a key technical point of contact for the client.
• Coordinate and bring together multiple technology partners and teams to drive project delivery.
• Manage project planning, execution, dependencies, risks, issues, and timelines.
• Work closely with technical teams to understand requirements, identify challenges, and drive solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple technology areas.
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and milestones to client and leadership stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between the client, internal teams, and external technology partners.
• Drive projects from planning through implementation and successful delivery.
• Provide strong technical leadership while maintaining overall project accountability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall professional experience, preferably in technical project/program management.
• Strong technical background with the ability to engage directly with technical teams and client stakeholders.
• Proven experience managing complex technical projects involving multiple teams or technology partners.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and project execution skills.
• Ability to start ASAP.
