- This is a high-visibility opportunity for a marketing professional who wants to influence brand strategy, support innovation, translate insights into action, and partner across Sales, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Category Management, E-commerce, and agency teams. - Lead meaningful brand work: Support growth initiatives for El Monterey, the leading frozen Mexican food brand in the U.S.
- Gain broad business exposure: Work across brand strategy, innovation, go-to-market planning, insights, financial performance, and customer storytelling.
- Influence commercial growth: Help shape data-driven plans that support net sales, margin, market share, and brand performance goals.
- Bring ideas to life: Partner on product innovation, renovation, packaging, line extensions, and price-pack architecture from concept through launch.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Build relationships with Sales, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Category Management, E-commerce, and agency partners.

Responsibilities
- Execute elements of the brand marketing mix, including strategy, product, packaging, promotion, advertising, research, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Analyze consumer, category, competitive, market, and financial data to uncover insights and recommend growth actions.
- Contribute to annual brand planning by turning long-term business priorities into practical, measurable initiatives.
- Support innovation and renovation workstreams, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver strong execution.
- Develop fact-based, data-driven selling stories that support customer conversations and position products as growth opportunities.
- Manage multiple priorities with strong ownership, organization, attention to detail, and limited supervision.
- Support P&L, net sales, margin, and budget management for the assigned business segment.
Requirements
- 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in consumer-packaged goods, food, or beverage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights, recommendations, and brand performance narratives.
- Experience with syndicated data tools such as Circana or Nielsen.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, brand strategy, P&L drivers, and customer growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across internal teams and external agency partners.
- Strong project management, organization, execution, and attention to detail; Smartsheet experience is a plus.
